- Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
- The item must be in stock on the competitors website.
- The competitor must be an online store, they must not have a retail location.
- The competitor must offer similar product offerings, offers or deals to ours
- The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
- The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question
- The competitors total price must include sales tax and shipping.
- We must be able to confirm the lower price in writing (e.g. on a website, published in an advertisement).
- If the price is actually below our cost (plus shipping and handling), we'll offer the product to you at our cost (plus shipping and handling).
- If the item has a manufacturer's minimum sale price policy, we are obligated not to sell below that price.
