Shipping
Since we're an authorized retailer, the product is factory direct. Product cost will not include shipping, this cost will be determined after checkout. If you have an outstanding situation, reach out and explain to our support team. In some cases, we may waive this cost.
Typically every payment requires a manual approval, The Authorized Retailer ("Garage Direct Online") will converse with manufacturer after authorized payment to determine the exact shipping quote for that specific day along with shipping carrier, estimated delivery time, and other changes with the order if there's any.
The authorized retailer will inform the customer through email or phone for updates on the invoice, subject may change.

ITEM MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN: 30 DAYS
REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AS: merchandise credit
Return Policy details: If the items are not as described, we will offer a Merchandise Credit. In most cases this will be minus shipping fees, although if it was a blatant mistake by us we'll pick up everything. Bottom line, we want you happy!
• We do not offer refunds on any item unless is grossly misrepresented. If a refund is given it will only be for the cost of the item. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
• If there is a problem, we can work together to resolve the problem.
• We will make every attempt possible to resolve the issue if we made a mistake.
