We have warehouses in United States, Hong Kong, China, Czech Republic and Russia. 

Please read the following conditions that affect shipping:

• If it's in US stock, it will take 7 business days to ship free within the USA. 
• If it's in HK/CN/RU stock, it will normally take 7-10 business days to ship free to USA due to the time difference and coordination with our international logistics department. Once your order is imported into the country, depending on the location of your final destination, transit time will be around 3-5 business days, plus a couple of days on custom clearance. 
• If the ASIC miners you ordered are out of stock, you can still preorder for the next month but you will need to wait for our next batch. This can take up to 10-15 business days to arrive at your destination's port and another 3-5 business days for transit time.
• If the immersion cooling kits you ordered are out of stock, you can still preorder for the next month but you will need to wait for our next batch. There's a lead time of 30-40 business days by ocean freight to arrive at your destination's port and another 3-5 business days for transit time. Air freight lead time is within 7-10 business days, however, picking this option may incur an additional cost depending where you're located. 
• If you're only purchasing parts & accessories an extra shipping fee charge may incur
• If we're shipping overseas, international delivery time will be subject to change. Please call us in advance, an extra shipping fee charge may incur - this is discussed on case-by-case basis. 

All customers will get a tracking number to track the entire process, packages are usually shipped via UPS, FedEx or DHL. 

Don't be shocked by these shipping times - they're just estimates and we tend to account for the worst case scenario so we don't set false expectations for our customers. In some instances, you may even get the package faster than stated. We prefer to underpromise and overdeliver on your expectations.

Payment Processing Time

Using Credit Card to Pay (Slowest, 3-5 Days)

We understand 99% of other vendors selling ASIC miners online are typically not legitimate and have unreliable sources where they get their inventory from. 

We are one of the very few retailers that accept credit card but due to the nature of our core business this is usually the preferred payment option amongst our customers for the other products we carry (with exception of ASIC miners).

However, if you choose to buy ASIC miners with credit card, there will be 3-5 business days of processing time upon payment before your shipment can be prepared for delivery. During this processing time we cannot guarantee it will be still in stock due to limited supply, influx of demand and scarce resources. Therefore, we cannot reserve orders that are purchased with credit cards. For more information, please read our Returns & Refunds section below.

Since we order directly from our manufacturers, they only accept wire transfer or cryptocurrency. If we accept credit card, we will need wait for the funds to be deposited by Shopify which usually takes 3-5 business days of processing time before we can fulfill the order.

Why would I choose this option then? Typically customers that use this option falls into two categories: (1) this is your first test order for ease of heart or (2) you don't have liquid cash/crypto readily available and need to leverage debt. 

Using ACH/Bank Transfer to Pay (Regular, 1-3 Days)

Customers who pay using wire transfer will have their orders processed within 1-3 business days. This is usually the preferred way most of our customers use.

If you plan to purchase our ASIC miners for commercial applications (for 10+ unit orders) using this payment option, we offer additional savings in some instances since we don't get charged payment processing fees like credit card or crypto. 

Using Crypto to Pay (Fastest, Within 24 Hours)

Customers who pay using cryptocurrency through Crypto.com Pay at checkout will have their orders processed within 24 hours.

Returns & Refunds

*All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated - some exceptions may apply.

If item is out of stock and no preorder is available upon receiving the payment after it's successfully processed, we may issue a 50-60% refund of the total cost minus payment processor, misc. transaction fees, shipping charges (if any), sales tax (if any), vendor fee in some instances or you can use it towards store credit for another similar product.
