Q: When do I expect to get my scooters?
A: Depend on your location, take around 2-5 business days.

Q: How can I track my goods?
A: We will update the track number as soon as shipping out.

Q: What should I do when I get the call from carrier?
A: Pls check the package first ,if item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item , pls refuse to sign or leave remark at the BOL ,then we will claim it

A: Depend on our stock , usually 3-5 days , if out of stock , 10-40 business days .

Q: Can I return the goods after we receive it?
A: If you keep the package well and we can sell without any re-packing, yes, but we need to collect the around shipping cost and 10% re-stock fee.

A: Within 15 days, we will accept. You need to pack it at our original package, We need to collect the around shipping cost and 30% re-stock fee.
